BlockEstate is creating this fund with the help of Polymath and CoinList’s ComplyAPI. BlockEstate has a reward model called buyback and burn. Each quarter BlockEstate buys back tokens from the token holders using the profits generated by the real estate. Tokens repurchased this way will be permanently removed from circulation.
