Convexity Properties is the real estate arm of DRW, a technology-led, diversified principal trading firm. Don Wilson founded DRW while trading in the Eurodollar options pit, and has grown the company to nearly 900 employees across eight offices on three continents. DRW empowers a team of exceptional individuals to identify and capture trading and investment opportunities globally. Convexity Properties is a fully integrated real estate investment firm that focuses on giving properties a new purpose. In 2009, Convexity saw an opportunity in the real estate market to buy properties at competitive prices. Since then it has partnered with development and architecture firms and the community to build upon unique retail, residential, commercial and mixed use properties. Core Spaces is a full-service real estate development and management company with extensive experience building industry-leading Student Housing assets on prime, urban sites across the country. The company was founded in 2010 by Marc Lifshin and Brian Neiswender who were partners at a previous real estate development and management company. Property Management Expertise – Platform Core Spaces currently manages 6,900+ beds of developed and acquired properties. Ben Modleski, the COO of Core Spaces, previously managed a portfolio of nearly 8,000 beds in 12 student markets spread across 9 states before joining. Core Spaces Property Management Expertise – Execution Core has continuously property managed the asset since it competed redevelopment in Fall of 2014. Current occupancy is over 99%. As of November 20, 2018, the property is over 82% pre-leased for the 2019-20 academic year.
